This is an invitation-only social poker game for friends and neighbors at a private place. There is no rake of the winnings or fee charged to play. Except for skill and luck, the risks of losing and chances of winning are the same for all players.
Bring your own drinks. Feel free to bring food or snacks to share.

Whether you’ve never played poker, or just starting out and think you know a few things, or you can’t seem to figure out how to win (“why do other people always win and I always lose?”), then let’s get together and play for FREE and go over some game rules and basic strategies!
We’ll go over some of this:
Hand Rankings. What’s a pair? What’s a flush? Does a straight beat a flush?
How to Play Texas Hold’em. Limit, Pot-Limit, and No-Limit
Seating. Who to sit next to. Yes, it matters!
Dealer Button Position. Where’s the Dealer Button and why it matters.
Hand Selection. Are you setting yourself up to win or lose?
Action. Everything you do in poker should have a reason.
Basic Strategies. Things you can do to improve your chances to win.
Throughout this FREE practice session we’ll play practice hands with FREE chips. Please stop me and ask any questions along the way. When you play for money, you want to be sure you don’t have any unanswered questions, so make sure you have all your questions answered!
